Lakeside Village is governed by a volunteer board of 6 trustees, each elected to a three-year term by a majority vote of the homeowners, to oversee the operation of the association.
The Association’s legal and approved foundational & governing documents can be viewed and/or downloaded by current residents, prospective homeowners, and realtors.
