Lakeside Forest is governed by a volunteer board of six trustees, each elected to a three-year term by a majority vote of the homeowners, to oversee the operation of the association.Â
These residents freely give their time and talent for Board-directed volunteer committees, including architecture and design guideline support, common area maintenance, landscaping, budget and capital improvements, and community communications.
The fiscal year begins on May 1.
